Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy with a few restrictions.
• Our fault? It's on us. If we are at fault in any way, we will exchange or refund your order including shipping costs.
• Not our fault? We will try to work with you to resolve the situation. Some orders may be eligible for returns or exchanges at our discretion if the return or exchange occurs within the first 30 days after the customer receives the package as long as the order is under $500.00 (before shipping and tax) and the order is returned or exchanged in its entirety. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are paid for by the customer. Blank products may be returned for a 15 percent restocking fee within 30 days after receiving the order.
